Role
In this simulation, you will act as a O+O Manager (Online and Offline Manager) of the brand.
💪 This role is responsible for the below:
- Manage budget and also manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category
- Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Define and steer the strategy for the categories consistent with the international brand positioning and the local brand priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
- Establish and execute communication strategies including media (all channels), and creative assets production.
Simulation Context
Brand Z has achieved notable success in the Turkish beauty market as a mass-premium global brand, catering primarily to Gen Z females and increasingly millennial women. The brand thrives on values of authenticity, transparency, and accessibility, aiming to democratize beauty trends. Their diverse product range spans face care, body care, and makeup, with products available through multiple channels including drugstores, supermarkets, and online marketplaces. Recently, research revealed that male consumers now comprise 10% of their audience, prompting the brand to explore strategies to attract more male customers without affecting its growth with women.
As the O+O Manager, you are tasked with devising a one-year strategy to expand the male consumer base while maintaining growth among female consumers. This requires a holistic approach, integrating Brand Z's core DNA and positioning with tailored product, pricing, and communication strategies. Your plan should ensure that the brand's message of authenticity and inclusivity resonates with both current and prospective male and female customers.
