Simulation Context

Welcome to Yemeksepeti!

In this simulation, you’ll role play a new employee in Yemeksepeti and you’ve recently joined the Customer Experience (CX) team.

The simulation has 2 tasks detailed below. What you're expected is to complete the tasks by using your analytical skills, business acumen, reasoning and perspective. Time limit to complete the simulation is the deadline given by Yemeksepeti.

You'll be asked to submit your answers for each task and the files you submitted will be available to related parties in Yemeksepeti.

To create a better customer experience for users, Yemeksepeti continuously conduct data analysis. You're given a sample dataset of 50k restaurant orders including customer satisfaction scores and expected to help the team with data analysis and user journey design.


Tasks

In this simulation, you’re given 2 tasks.
  1. Dig the data: Analyze the data and try to get insights from it. You're expected to find core pain points and problemetic metrics.
  2. Redesign the flow: Based on key findings and insights on the dataset, suggest appropriate actions to redesign it while considering user experience, applicability, efficiency etc.
