Simulation Context

Unilever’s Human Resources (HR) team plays a vital role in shaping a culture where people can thrive and perform at their best. Through thoughtful talent acquisition, development, and performance management, HR helps ensure the right people are in the right roles, with the support and opportunities they need to grow. From fostering inclusion and wellbeing to designing future-fit ways of working, the HR team partners with the business to build engaged, motivated teams that deliver outstanding results.

In this simulation, you will join Unilever Turkey as HR Executive and tackle three real-world tasks that reflect the main areas in human resources function of Unilever.


Tasks

  1. Job Satisfaction Analysis: Analyze the results of the employee satisfaction survey data which is collected from 900 respondents.
  2. Reward Strategy: Decide the next year's compensation and benefits by allocating the total budget including salaries, bonuses, allowances etc.
  3. Candidate Selection: Based on interview notes for 5 different candidates, find the perfect match for the given role.
