Simulation Context

Unilever is home to some of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands, spanning across beauty, personal care, home care, and food categories. As a global marketing organization, Unilever consistently adapts global strategies to local market dynamics through strong data-driven insights, cross-functional coordination, and deep consumer understanding.

In this simulation, you will join Unilever Turkey as an Assistant Brand Manager and take on 3 core challenges related to a deodorant brand’s go-to-market strategy.


Tasks

  1. Localization: Evaluate three global deodorant variants and recommend the most suitable one for local market adaptation based on insights and competitive landscape.
  2. Media Planning: Design a digital-first media mix tailored to the selected variant, aligning with budget constraints and performance benchmarks.
  3. KPI Evaluation: Analyze post-launch survey results and performance indicators to assess whether the campaign met its strategic objectives.
