Role

In this simulation, you will act as an Online Brand Manager of the brand.

💪 This role is responsible for the below:

  • Manage online brand/product & investment strategy with marketing budget management responsibility
  • Make deep dive lower funnel advertisement ROI & performance analysis
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Establish and execute communication strategies including media (all channels), and creative assets production


Simulation Context

When you look at the whole year, November is the most active month for e-commerce, and the most intense campaigns and advertisements. You joined L’Oréal just before this period and found yourself in a very busy schedule. While the entire team is working hard on the Lancôme brand’s November campaigns, your manager expects you to contribute to the team.


Tasks

In this simulation you’ll have 2 tasks.
  1. Look up the data: Analyze the marketplace sales data to be prepared for the upcoming November campaign.
  2. KPI analysis: Calculate the KPIs for different retail media and come up with suggestions for the next campaign.
