Ludi One, Inc. operates the www.ludi.one and ludi.center website, which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, Ludi website.

Thank you for visiting www.ludi.one (the Site). This Site is operated by Ludi One, Inc. (D/B/A “Ludi”), (Ludi or the Company). By accessing and/or using this Site and related products or Services, including our domain ‘www.ludi.center’, you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, visitors of the Site and/or contributors of content. You should review our Privacy Notice and these Terms carefully and immediately before using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You should cease using our Site or related products or Services if you do not agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Services
Ludi is a platform for everyone to get access to job simulations both provided by companies and/or Ludi.


Registration for Simulations
You must register through the Platform to complete a Simulation. A typical job simulation includes static and dynamic content about a role, company, industry, etc.


When you register and activate your account, you may provide us with personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, details regarding your education, place of employment, previous work history, current work status/preferences, your motivation, marketing data etc. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Notice. All personal information or data we collect from you (including data submitted on an optional basis) will be used to provide the Services (as outlined above). In order to provide these Services, certain data analysis on such data is required.
When you register and activate your account, you will need to create a username and password. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this username.


Data collection notice
We collect personal information about you in order to process your registration, to enable you to complete Job simulations and/or engage in other task-based content formats, and view relevant actions.

We collect task outputs you send during your job simulation experience. The task outputs may include text, images and any type of files. Unless otherwise indicated, we own the taks outputs’ licenses (inclluding copyright, designs, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights). By submitting a task output, you accept that the ownership of the task is transferred to Ludi.

The personal data and task outputs we collected are shared with the company named in a job simulation. Example: If the simulation is provided by company A, this company has only access to personal data and task outputs of those who are enrolled to Company A’s job simulations. So each company mentioned in a job simulation’s title only has its own simulation’s data. As Ludi, we have reach to all personal data and task outputs from all job simulations.

We may disclose that information to third parties that help facilitate the provision of Services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers, and our business partners) or as required by law. In particular, where you as a Ludi user provide consent to share your personal data with related third parties when signing up and creating your profile or as part of the process of enrolling in job simulation.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of that information. Your personal data is processed according to KVKK and GDPR rules and regulations.


Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information
The information on the Site is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty regarding the information on the Site. You should monitor any changes to the information contained on this website.

We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this website or a linked website. Ludi is not a job finding or job placement platform. In that sense, we never guarantee users for landing a job or contacted by a company for a job offer.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate without notice your access to this website, any Content, or any feature of this website at any time without notice and we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, or liability that may arise as a result.


Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage, or expense — irrespective of the manner in which it occurs — which may be suffered due to your use of our website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete, or not up to date.

User’s conduct and representations
Each and every User warrants and represents that while you access or use the Site or its related products or Services you agree:

-that any information or content that you post, transmit, or receive through the Site will not be considered confidential. The User grants Ludi an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, copy, transmit, publicly perform, or communicate to the public any such information and content on a worldwide basis; and
-you will not transmit through the Site any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you delete your profile from our Site.

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
